		<description>Victoria - Sounds like you&#039;re doing an awesome job! It&#039;s really amazing the difference that can be made, just by making some simple adjustments to your diet, etc. Writing down everything that you eat is also a great idea - I&#039;ve tried a similar approach with my money, writing down everything that I spend.

		<description>I use frozen dinners, but I use low-carb, low-calorie Weight Watchers Smart Ones meals.

I cut out the starches - no crackers, no potatoes, no rice, no pasta, no beans.  I eat mostly meat, soy products, veggies, and dairy (mostly yogurt and cottage cheese).  Very little fruit, but TONS of veggies.  No sugar!

I *write down* everything I eat 6 days a week and make reasonable choices the other day.

I make sure to get in physical activity 6 days a week, even if it&#039;s just some walking.

So far my acne has cleared up and I&#039;ve lost 69 pounds.  :)</description>

When I was in high school my mother would always tell me about a story when she started drinking a lot of water and then everyone started telling her how clean her skin looked - I think that&#039;s where I started my water habit.

		<description>I like how you put the first tip as water.  Other than soymilk (milk when I&#039;m at home and not at school), I mainly drink water.  It helps my complexion and makes me feel less bloated on some days. So I&#039;m always walking around with my SIGG waterbottle and just refill it whenever!</description>
