		<description>Nadege - Thanks for stopping by. Meditation does help me focus, but maybe more it helps me calm myself. Sometimes I get so tied up in the happenings of the day, I welcome the time to stop the thoughts in my mind and to focus on things that I really want.

		<description>Meditation is such a beneficial practice. I completely understand how difficult it can be sometimes to remain focused.  I like how you ask yourself the right questions during your meditation.  I believe the feeling that you generate when you meditate will help you to attract your intentions in no time.</description>
